Umbraco eCommerce has found a home
Published on 12. June 2007 inAt Codegarden, we decided to try and collect the efforts and interrest that is invested in the eCom extension in one place. The point of it all is to create a couple of plug'n'play packages for getting started with ecommerce on an umbraco platform. For now, the only thing available is the source, but since the Umbraco community is filled with early adapters, i thought i would just trough it at you anyways. Go take a look at the Umbraco Ecommerce extension on Codeplex. I'm only just getting started with it, so just raise your hand (not physically) if you want to help out.
By the way, I'm posting this from livewriter, so if something looks weird, now you know why :-D
UPDATE 20-11-2009: The extension mentioned above is not being maintained, so if you are interested in a commerce platform integrated tightly with umbraco, take a look at uCommerce. It's brand new, and plugs right into your favorite CMS.
